I thought tor was impossible to decrypt for an attacker, but they can see you are using it.
It isn't that tor is compromised, it's the tls root CA, which can be used to create certs to look like valid site cert for any site.
Which basically means the internet is compromised until these (and God knows which other root authorities) are blocked and decertified.
