Maybe it's more "they achieve the same result but one spent twenty times the amount to get it done"?
... you think vibe design gets the same result as actual designers?
I think they're referring to actual designers using AI to achieve the result they want based on their own professional expertise, not an amateur who doesn't know what they're doing asking AI to make a design.
