Literally, the biggest reasons the US does nothing to stop the Iron River, and instead increasingly sells more guns to the cartel every year (250,000~ weapons every year), is because they keep us in check, in control, in fear, and that gives the USA cheap hand labor AND hard workers. We go and work for them for less. Our farmers used to get paid 30% less in the early 2000s, for the exact same effort, quality and amount of work done by an American. In my area, Software Engineering, we are being literally offered a 1/6th of the salary for the exact same fucking role, dude. Americans get paid up to 120,000$, we get at most 20,000 - 60,000$ for the exact same work. If your excuse to that is "because you don't have the papers, you are not a citizen" so fucking what?
