Yeah, but Movim (and Gajim) are the exception that confirms the rule. Movim do implement that XEP, at least, but Gajim has only been discussing it for a while without any real conclusion.

Edit: But yeah, the Olm/Megolm issue hasn't been properly addressed, but as for the other features they look like they're speedrunning while doing them just right.
