Hitmen would still be liable. Better to hire a swarm of drones or robodogs.
Don't ai tend to lean to progressive anyways? They go stupid when you try to force them to be conservative.

You can fine tune a model to do anything you want, even call itself mechahitler.
SpaceX.AI is working on that problem.
