No good for me. I only have 223 post karma, but 8.4k comment karma for that sub and I can't see the stickied comment to vote in.

Edit: I just replied to the post instead and I can see my reply, but shows with a locked padlock next to it. Might be the way to do it.

Well that’s done. Anonymous voting was how other subs were doing it and so it should be. r/Melbourne will most likely be up and running as normal in 24 hrs or so.
