idk why they even needed a grand jury for this. everyone knows this, even though some may be in denial

Grand juries don't actually decide this. What they decide is if there is enough evidence and reason to bring a case to trial.

Yeah, I was gonna say: having served in a grand jury, I know that this title simply cannot be true.
