Didn't this guy rape his sister?
Honestly, that sounds like a shakedown to me. The case was thrown out, and the family has said she had a variety of mental health issues. She also made a tweet blaming Elon Musk for being homeless, which isn't a good look for her.
Someone else posted on another thread a republican judge threw out case because she medically couldn't move and she wanted somewhere closer to her. They then claimed the below:

She was raped by her brother. Use your head.
She also accuses her brother of hacking her WiFi and spying on her and a bunch of other paranoid sounding things. Not saying this to discredit her but just put it in context
So its on her for breaking down mentally? Doesnt prove or discredit it either way but her mental condition definitely doenst mean everything she says is wrong.
People are really reading malicious intentions into my comment… I’m not trying to suggest that this discredits her. I’m just explaining why people are ascribing mental illness to her.
I think its a reflex at this point. And it also comes from being so tired of all the shit you kind of stop thinking.
He's a sociopath, can you really rule it out with a hand wave?
Also if she's crazy I refer you to my previous comment. Try to imagine how difficult sanity would be if you had been raped by your brother.
What would you be saying this for if not to discredit?
