Ffs, at his age that's not a great idea. There's limits to what you can do to your body without fucking it completely, and he pushed that limit a lot when he was much younger.
Edit: while it is true that is possible to push too hard and fuck yourself up, I was wrong exit the time frame and where his mass was. So he's not likely fucking himself up.
10kg of muscle is not an insane amount for a 193cm man to put on. Especially when he weighs over 100kg
It's all steroids, this thread is either incredibly naive or...
At his age, at his size? He's pushing to get twenty. There's pics of him from not that long ago. That much mass that quick is sane, maybe, if you're a younger gym rat. Most guys I'd say that kind of quick gain is impossible without assistance in his situation. But some people do have that kind of ability.
But he's also been fairly open about steroid use after injuries, and showed plenty of signs of it otherwise. That kind of history comes at a price, often cardiovascular. So you can only go so hard later in life without straining the heart when you try and add mass fast. Slow? Sure, totally doable without any more strain than anyone lifting serious would have. If he's artificially accelerating on top of pushing hard, and I don't know that he is, it would be dangerous.
Unless the last pics I saw were way older than I thought. I dunno, I'm going to look again and see if I can date them more accurately, if I can find them. If it's been a year since those, it's way less severe than I thought.
Edit: yeah, that was longer ago than I thought. He was around 240 at the time, and it was over a year ago. Totally realistic to add 20 in muscle without strain in that time frame. My bad
