Diaper-Donnie the Pedophile might blanket pardon everyone. But, he also might not. The syphillis makes him pretty lazy and he might just forget.
I hate to say it but it's a lot more likely than the other options. The question isn't who will get a pardon, it's who won't. Preemptive pardons aren't law, but they almost might as well be. I wouldn't test that with this Supreme Court. So the question remains who won't get preemptive presidential pardon and will be prosecuted, and who will and can walk away from all this. It's in Trump's inner circle's interest to please him even more because if they don't get that pardon he may leave them off his list.
