Oh it's a part of Connect on Android, I only just realized, sorry about that :(
I went to programming.dev in Firefox and tried it there but no tagging option. I honestly thought it was part of Lemmy until just now, and I'd been touting that feature when I talked about Lemmy with friend and folks.
It’s all good, I figured it was a third party app and thanks for the answer!
