Personally I'm waiting for the 30th. I have a dream of crashing their servers with account deletion requests

Please don't delete your account. Reddit has been desperately restoring deleted comments and posts. Keep your account and keep deleting your comments and posts.

GDPR or deleting your account would still leave your comments and posts up, just not associated with your account. It's more useful to remain and keep deleting whatever they try to restore.
