I'm American and even I know Clipper is the king. Nice explanation of all the little perks.

That being said, we get a ton of knockoffs here, and a lot of times they won't actually refill. Then again, Bics can't refill anyway.

Tangentially related, OCB papers are also the best and we also get a lot of knockoffs of those.
