Will I regret getting stainless steel cookware?
No, they will last for decades
No.
It's not really non-stick, but lasts forever.
Easy to clean too.
Use oil and take care of it.

For cast iron yes. Stainless has very different properties and does not retain oil as much.
In short... I don't think you can season stainless.
My last materials course was 20 years ago, so I might be incorrect.
No. Stainless is very forgiving in the way if you burn shit it's very easy to clean.
That has always been so paradoxical to me and I'm so sceptical or maybe I just don't trust myself lol
