A mag dedicated to the world of mycology. Feel free to post anything related to it. Because of the experience on reddit, where the "main" mycology sub got flooded with ID requests, we will have a separate community for identification requests and strict rules!

P. Cubensis (Golden Teachers). This was the first flush on my best monotub I've ever had, and squeezed two more flushes out of it before bailing. This was back in 2020 and I'm pretty sure there is still some of it circulating around my friends circles lol. Another angle here.
I do agar plate cuts into home prepped whole oats in mason jars. 10-12 Ball wide-mouth quart jars per 2 or 3 monotubs. When it's harvest time, working in a still air box, I'll either put spores back to agar or make clones with some internal stem tissue from my best looking fruit. After growth I apply agar cuts back into new whole oat jars, ad infinitum. I use the classic 23qt Presto pressure cooker. The substrate is made of terrarium formula coco-coir with a little bit of vermiculite, pasteurized in a big old sports cooler.

Here's a shitty time lapse of about 1wk prior to harvest.
