Yes. I noticed my mistake after I posted it, but I figured anyone who noticed I made it would also notice why.
Or I could go super-bullshit and point out the possibility that since there are only 8 unique digits, the person responsible for the sign is using an exceptionally unconventional number system. Because "fuck 2."
