MODERATORS
I was recently denied a place because I couldn't afford the rent there. When I pointed out that my last place - who were kicking me out ostensibly to sell the place - didn't ask that question when they raised my rent to the very same amount we were talking about, they just aaid, "No, the market rate doesn't take that into account."
Cooooooool market you've got there. Be a shame if someone redistributed all of it.
