Because his response implied that the blame rested on the lower class, while my comment put the blame where it belonged.

Well, if you really need me to break it down...

So, you see, the original screenshot spoke about people dancing and making bread, etc. The people doing these things are the lower class citizens of various countries who finally had a chance to pursue interests they enjoy, instead of being tied to a desk for a third of their life. Then the person I responded to said that the economy went to shit, mental health, supply chains, etc., implying that it was the fault of the people making bread and dancing, because they were no longer working, they were dancing and making bread. The implication happens because they didn't not present another culprit. Had they said that 'the GOP', 'the right', or 'the death of Harrambe' had been at fault, then there would be no implications, because it would be clear. This is how communication in the real world works. Regardless of what OP intended when they posted that response, they implied that it was the lower classes' fault for all of it, because the lower class was the subject of the topic at hand. Hope that clears it all up for you.
