only had it in hawaii. each to their own but I only needed a small taste.
Like, there's a cuisine that doesn't exist in Melbourne? Aaaaarrrrrggghhhhhh. We'll have to hand back our "most liveable city" brownie badge.

I got some rare roast beef sushi at one of the places in the new/old Southern Cross once. Delicious. Wasabi and rare roast beef hit superbly with sushi rice and nori.

(i kid, obviously, but....its kinda like expecting other countries to call dim sims "cuisine" when its the thing you turn to after a dirty night out)
