The really annoying thing is that if one of us did a wee bit of fraud it would be, go straight to jail, do not pass go, and a hard time finding work ever after

a wee bit of fraud ๐Ÿ˜‚ I know I have felt guilty for walking out of the self serve without paying for my bread because it was sitting where babies sit. These cunts are writing cheques after a good root.

Absolutely. And it won't change until political fuckery is criminalized. Somehow private funds are sacred, but public funds are a free for all.

Shit in work in Public Service and the processes for funding and paying anything are very lengthy and quite robust.

I get very shitty when I read about massive contracts being awarded without due process.

Yes there's a lot of bureaucracy, but when it comes public cash, it should be scrutinised.
