Is anyone experiencing when posting a comment and post then the site just throws you to the top when you didn’t do that yourself? What the heck?

Thought I was going insane! And even when upvoting that’s doing the same. It’s don’t touch anything it’ll jump
I get that whenever I hide a comment and then upvoting.
