A gaming community free from the hype and oversaturation of current releases, catering to gamers who wait at least 12 months after release to play a game. Whether it's price, waiting for bugs/issues to be patched, DLC to be released, don't meet the system requirements, or just haven't had the time to keep up with the latest releases.

Never heard of them. But if you want to play old dos/win3x era games, you might want to give http://retro-exo.com a shot. ExoDOS v6 recently released, and there is a lite version. They attempt to archive all DOS games (or win3x games for exoWin3x) it might also have most games you're looking for.
