Like all overloaded instances, it's sometimes working, sometimes not (probably depending on how overloaded it is). Is there any potential upgrade plan (potentially taking donations), what hardware is used currently?

My 2 cents to this: Get a really beefy server and when the dust settles potentially downgrade it (or when userbase continually grows, keep it, or even upgrade it, and finance it via donations).
