MODERATORS
Have you tried it after the recent updates? They added ddos protection so now the network isn't nearly as vulnerable to attacks. Before they were getting hit over and over by some large actor who seemed to want to break i2p routing.
One caveat though, you need to be careful of the Indian government coming after you. I don't live in India bit I hear they are banning and or attacking services that allow for circumvention of censorship and India seems to be hostel to people seeking privacy.
