I hope this stuff will follow through worldwide because when looking at Belgium some devs simply decide to not release their games anymore.
I'm all for banning loot boxes but we are a small country and easy to simply not release a game.
If US has a ban, then I'm sure devs will change stuff around
A EU wide ban would have the same effect as a US ban, and is much more likely to happen since these singular EU countries legislation can become groundwork for EU-wide legislation on the subject.
