No, those are usually embedded into the video itself as a segment by the content creator. However, SponsorBlock works really well and will automatically skip those bits for you (assuming someone else already put in the effort to mark the sponsored content).

Which they usually already have. I'm surprised how quickly even small channels get sponsor blocked. It makes me kind of sad because I wanna contribute too, but it's hard to find video that haven't been edited

yes you can. also, not watching the sponsors usually doesn't give them any less money afaik.
