Smack em on the counter on the top and bottom, then roll em on the counter, pressing firmly with the palm to make a ton of little cracks. They'll peel easily under water now no issue.

Lmao fuck I was confused by the responses too as I had been assuming hard boiled eggs.

Tho I do Crack raw eggs on the counter then into a bowl with one hand, checking for blood spots. With a little practice, it's quick and easy.
