Spent 3 hours on the phone getting Centrelink to update my TFN. I've noticed calling Services Australia on their regular line just gets you hung up on because they can't handle the volume of calls. Try the Department of Social Services switchboard instead and ask for the area you need: 1300 653 227

Not your TFN. They sent us a letter in November and you need to reply with another letter so it's on a legal document.

Centrelink received that letter but nothing was done from there it seems like
