When it comes to woollies hot chooks I'm like a cave man and I'm happy to pick at that tasty carcass witn my bare hands.
... then make stock.
This was me too back when I ate meat. I don't think I ever bothered with a knife and fork. Just tear pieces off and sometimes bite them straight off like a Neanderthal.
nom nom
I'll tell you what's good with a hot chook. Garlic sauce. Rip a piece off, dip it in the sauce and scoff.
To be honest garlic sauce adds to and improves many a hand held savoury food item.
Sure does
it's the only way
after we've had dinner I strip the carcass for all meat, this goes into delicious lunch sandwiches
( while I'm doing this Bill Cat gets a little and Mr Seagoon too ...lol )
Yup got some chook aside for chook sandwiches tomorrow.
