Please read my thread, which says this, but I'm still getting responses that sound worried.

I don’t know if I’m fluent enough in legalese to explain but AFAIK, “thrown out” is an oversimplification. McAfee dismissed the charges because the language wasn’t specific enough re: what part of their oath was violated. He left the door open to refile the charges with more specific language.

Sorry I jumped the gun. I was going off a “Breaking News” but on the LegalAF podcast this morning.

Now, after reading your thread and McAfee’s ruling, it seems like the judge threw Willis a bone. “Let’s tighten this up so they don’t get acquitted.”
