The second part of the “secret” stuffing at the elections in St. Petersburg was published

It shows two women performing “tricks” with a ballot box to distribute the ballots they had previously cast.

“Observers of St. Petersburg” write that, most likely, the video shows polling station No. 5 of the Admiralteysky district at school No. 260.

Makes it easier for those that do the counts to feign ignorance and they have 'evidence' of ballots for any potential external warchers of the election.
