Another work person wanting something early this morning disturbing my personal time.

I'm a little irritated by it today and eating into my coffee time early in the moment.

I need to learn to deflect and defer them for later and to be able to tell them that in person.

Just remove the option of contacting you before hours. I have to take teams off my phone every couple of weeks for the same reason.

They were physically in my office space when I got in this morning.

I enjoy my coffee in the car rather than the office to avoid this kind of situation... Not ideal though

Practice saying: yeah, nah.

Coffee is much more important that other people deferring their responsibilities onto you unceremoniously and early.
