Following allegations of violating Seattle’s Secure Scheduling and Paid Sick/Safe Time ordinances, Chipotle Mexican Grill will pay $2.9 million to 1,853 employees across eight Seattle locations in a settlement. The restaurant chain will also pay about $7,300 to the city of Seattle.

I think once they've been found guilty you can remove 'alleged' from the title.

It's a settlement, so they weren't found guilty.
