Or just Firefox on Android with Ublock.
Eh. Mine freaks out and fails half the time I try to go full screen. And the frame rate seems like it gets awful randomly.

That works, but If you are okay with that experience, I encourage you even more to give libretube a try
It's open source, and doesn't collect user data, and works in my opinion better than firefox+ublock on android
On pc firefox+ublock is great, for now at least
I don't want to spend more time on youtube. Shit UI acts as a feature.
