I originally started training to be an electrician, before being offered an apprenticeship as an alarm technician. It's a unit standard based qualification, so a lot of it crosses over.
That's so cool! Electricity is interesting anyway but even better, you get to know your work is saving lives.
It's a fun job actually.
That's awesome, having a fun job adds years to your life.
Not sure why it didnt occur to me that electrician training could lead to stuff like that.
