I feel as though I’ve seen so much more toxic work stories across multiple platforms lately than I’ve seen in the past few years. I really can’t tell if it’s a collective experience or if my algorithms are just great at highlighting the bad experiences.

I even made a custom feed of all types of work subs (non-antiwork included) and arguably 85% of posts are related to negative experiences at work.

What gives?!

People need to vent. No one is looking to share positivity. If you are positive you don't need to look online for assurance.
