Running the ac while sleeping does this to me.
Yeah. It gets worse with AC, but even without it I have to sneeze and blow my nose every morning. Takes at least 30 min to clear my sinuses up. I use a humidifier but minimally helpful.
reminder to clean AC air filters
(i need to clean mine...)
