What does it stand for? I've been to Vegas quite a bit in the past couple years and have seen it plenty of times.
The inequality of wealth for the American people. Who needs this giant 24/7 neon advertiser? Each year it's getting more difficult to make ends meet. Especially for a city in a desert you would think a better investment ought to go to water or poverty instances.
But no, look at the pretty lights, isn't that cool for about an hour? Well have fun looking at this shit from your single-room poverty apartment for as long as you can still live in Vegas.
it stands for "fuck your eyes"
