My biggest concern right now is the Presidential Immunity ruling that the SC won't announce until they know who will be getting it.

That's bullshit. Biden must win so they can shoot the idea down. If Trump wins, they WILL crown him dictator, and Democracy is lost.

Nah, they have to put out all decisions argued by summer recess or end of term. Last day to file decisions for cases already argued but not decided sf June 26, 2024. You'll have a decision on or before that day.

I'd love for this to be true, but I have questions.

I'm sure the SC knows this, so how could they announce that they won't have a decision until after the election yet I'm not hearing anyone else pointing out the deadline and calling them liars?

My wife and I had a "Holy shit, this could be it" moment while discussing it the other day and we'd both love a reason to sleep better at night.

I think the confusion is that the opinion from scotus will come out in June and then the case will get remanded back to the trial court where it is pending, and because the Supreme Court isn't issuing an emergency decision like immediately, it may mean the trial of the merits of the case doesn't conclude until after the election.

The SCOTUS ruling though, you will I have have by June 26th.
