I’ve never heard of this “if he gets all ball but the shooter doesn’t let go of the ball” thing until today.
Ultimately just a bad challenge by Daig. Shoulda let it go.
Yeah for sure.
I get why he did it. But we would have had the timeout and could have drawn up a play.
And also: we shouldn’t have let a 17 point lead evaporate. That was the real killer, and has been this whole series. We had too many “Thunder haven’t scored in six minutes” moments. Just keeping better pressure the whole game would have really changed the series.
