I don't understand it either. I feel like no one can be truly creative or craft any story these days because it comes under scrutiny for the tiniest thing.

I dislike Ubisoft because of micro transactions (along with other publishers as well); to the point that I tend to play indie titles now where possible. But I don't dislike AC for its lore or gameplay. Most big AAA games have an amazing story/world building - and I fully subscribe to the idea that games are an art form.

They're just racists. It's not about anything else, and it's gross af. I miss the days when 4chan Anons were confined to 4chan and everyone else made fun of them. Now they're everywhere, tainting everything with their disingenuous rhetoric, hiding behind whatever thin facade they can conjure.
