I bought some and can confirm they are super warm and with a good sturdy grip. Will use them for outdoor winter stuff. And at $35 I don’t care if they get muddy and trashed. I reckon they would be too warm and chunky for an office.

Oh bugger. I work both indoors and outdoors by the majority of the time I’m indoors in an office.

At the moment I use tradies steel capped boots so im not sure if that’s any good of a comparison.

35 for a pair of boots that would last quite awhile looked quite attractive to me but not sure how long they would last either.

I guess it depends how cold your feet get. They aren’t steel caps so if you need to meet safety requirements they wouldn’t pass. Open a box in store and try them on in the shop, heaps of people were doing it.

Nah. Not a safety requirement. I just appreciated just sturdy they were and eventually got used to the added weight.

I’m not sure, I’ve been wearing those sorts of boots for quite awhile now and I don’t feel cold in them.

I did try one on quickly and it was ok but it was o my for a quick moment and the front of the boot sort of curls up a little I noticed.

Not sure how warm they would get after awhile of wearing them though.
