The Boost for Reddit app still worked for a while after the big shutdown with workarounds, like creating a mod account or using revanced.

Not anymore, as of today, the Boost for Reddit app is completely 100% dead now.

The fediverse looks a lot different from a lemmy server than it does from Kbin, fyi. There's a lot of stuff that doesn't get federated properly or in a reasonable time period, leading to fewer visible posts and discussions that look a lot emptier than they actually are.
