I don't think someone could live forever and not decide that humanity isn't worth it and should perish at some point..

My other concern is at what point do you withdraw from society because your age doesn't match your appearance?

Imagine going to get a passport or driver's license and saying I was born in 1895 but my face says I was born in 1985.

Nah, you go for sheer fame with VERY public displays. Refuge in audacity to make it COMPLETELY clear you can not die so if you suddenly "go missing", then government clearly took you to experiment
