Fuck that I'm filling everthing with dim sims and I'm not boomer.
This Gen Xer has to subscribe to the law of flat surfaces or every part of my apartment becomes home to wooden toys, fidget and stress relief items, small musical instruments, penguin statues, polymer clay creations, children's completed school projects, collectables, antiques, piles of books and art.
this past year I've reduced stuff on surfaces by 50%, just gotten rid of it
I prefer to have stuff in cupboards and glass cabinets
if i had my way every inch of my walls would have a picture on it
maximalism?
yes
It wouldn't be random .
Bare walls mean it's easier to see if there is a spider there. Bookshelves/pictures just create hiding spaces for those eight-legged freaks.
