Anyone know a good homemade solo recipe? I got sooo many lemons

The cat looks so upset at how inedible that haul is! So much delicious lemonade to be made out of that though, yummm.

Pretty much! 60 year old tree, so zero fucks and never ending fruit

I dunno about Solo, it would have artificial flavours and colours in it so you wouldnโ€™t really get the same flavour from fresh lemons. But an alternate idea, you could look up recipes to make lemon cordial. Then mix with soda water to make a fizzy lemonade drink. Delicious!

this is the way

Also maybe lemon meringue pie? I actually found the old recipe I used in my teens. But it might be more efficient just to make a large amount of the lemon filling only, or lemon butter. That's easier to store in jars and could use more lemons

Edit: I had issues uploading the saved jpgs

Have a screenshot

Do you want soft or hard? I suppose my hard recipe would be ok without the yeast, but probably not last as long.

Hard also good! I was gonna make soft and add vodka later for hard, but gimme whatcha got

Champion.

(Btw, have you ever made limoncello? Try with kumquats instead)

I have! And a similar mint thing. Trouble leaving it alone long enough. (Sorry notifications are borked)

We use this one, not fizzy but you could add soda water if you want. traditional lemonade

And when I have lots of lemons, I juice them all and freeze 1 cup portions in snap lock bags.
