This is is absolutely the correct and common sense ruling, so I'm seriously surprised that it comes from such a reliably Republican state. There will doubtless be death threats and impeachment hearings...

The court’s dissenting justice, … warned that Kansas is headed toward “a legal regime of unrestricted access to abortion.”

And the other justices were like “yea, thats the point”
