Ouch, that sounds awful. Hope it clears up soon for you - I hope it doesn't get that bad for me. I rarely get respiratory problems. I've got a light dry cough/sore throat that seems to be on the mend, mostly moved back to headaches/congestion, which was what I started off with on Saturday, hopefully the worst is over...

I'm so grateful that the kids can get themselves up, make their own breakfasts and lunches and get themselves off to school without me. Even as recently as a year ago, I would have needed to get up and facilitate that.

Gosh yes. Whenever I feel sorry for myself being sick while living alone, I have to remind myself how much worse it would be if I had young kids to look after as well! I can barely attend to my own needs.
