Jeg har ikke en skid til overs for dem som udnytter kolonihaverne til at bygge ubeskattede kæmpe villaer, men en total håndhævning af lovgivningen vil også ramme i den anden ende, hvor nogle skæve eksistenser bor der permanent fordi de ikke her råd til andet.

Hvis det bare var de rige svin, så kunne kommunen jo bare omdanne området til almindelige parceller og opkræve værdien af grunden og ejendomsskatter. Så ville kolonien ganske vist være ødelagt, men det er den jo i forvejen med det byggeri. Kommunen kunne måske åbne en ny koloni et andet sted samtidig.

Det er helt tydeligt i programmet at nogle af de deltagende har levet over evne. En del af dem opfører sig og ligner personer på overførselsindkomst, så det ser sgu lidt mærkeligt ud at de har råd til kæmpestore villaer midt i byen. Deres eksistens er en konflikt i sig selv, så jeg kan godt forstå at de selv synes det virker urimeligt at skulle rive lortet ned. Det er det bare ikke. De er ganske enkelt kommet for langt ud i deres svindelnummer.

It already was unsafe for aircraft from most countries anyway. This is just a kind warning for Russia and China who still flies there. It'll be interesting to see what China does. It was only yesterday that someone here wrote how he preferred the Chinese airlines because they flew the fast route over Russia. Guess you need to reconsider that.

Sweden is very bureaucratic and relying heavily on their domestic identification systems which are notoriously impossible to navigate for foreigners. However it is of absolute necessity to get this part sorted out in order to make any kind of communication with the government in Sweden, so it boggles my mind if anyone didn't have access to the application long beforehand, if they've been living in Sweden for longer than a few months at most. Age is no excuse. You simply cannot exist in Sweden without it.

The proces was then to apply for permanent residence using the offered agreement between UK and EU, by logging in, filling out the form and attaching the requested documents as proof of residence, and also the required biometric registration.

Sure, it wasn't easy, but it is going to be even more difficult afterwards. Anyone who is entering Sweden (from outside EU) after this, will have to apply to the ordinary migration system which includes a test in both language and history of Sweden.

It runs on tracks, so it might be slimmer on the ground level than the conventional construction vehicles. Sure a wheelbarrow is smaller, but I don't think that's a realistic option, lol.

One of the things that this project is testing is how the foundations are made. They do not have to clear the trees to dig and level out the area to fill in loads of gravel just to make a concrete pour. They are somehow able to make the foundations around existing structures like trees and on somewhat uneven ground.

It is over production.

If a manufacturer sells out the entire production, it means that they've missed potential sales. They could have produced and sold more, so that's what they're going to do for next season.

When a company has over production, they won't just drop the price to hand off the products. To some degree they do, in outlets and other off season sales that don't interfere with the main sale. But even then, there's a lower limit to how cheap they can sell it off without damaging their perceived price point. Wholesale buyers are not going to buy from a brand that can't keep a high enough price for the retailers to earn money on the markup. The price must be artificially kept up by not making the products available too cheap on the main market. The result is that some items just don't ever get sold out, only because the product has lost its resale value. That's over production.

Budgets go up, because the owners want more. If they had owners who were satisfied with making less money consistently, they could easily adjust their production to the demand and settle for that steady income. But they want more, so they will always attempt to sell more.

What EU is doing now is to force the manufacturers to pay for the damage of their overproduction. The solution for the companies to avoid this is to figure out their actual sales better and/or make on-demand production. On-demand production of textile is difficult, because even fast fashion has a pipeline of about a year, and they need to know well in advance how much textile they need to make the products. A solution to that is to forget about fast fashion and make products that are sold over several seasons instead, and by using more basic textiles in their designs instead of printed patterns that only have appeal for a very limited time.

The developing countries don't want our surplus, because it stops them from developing their own local production and markets.
