LeBron James Headlines...

This seemed like hyperbole until I remembered that achieving ALL-NBA at 39yo is unheard of. Maybe in other major sports, but I don't know that it's ever been done before in the NBA.

I still have Wilt, Jordan and Kareem on my Mt. Rushmore, but it's going to be damned hard to argue against LeBron as the hooved, horned animal when his career is done.

Feels about right to me. Who's the major snub that I'm forgetting?

Embiid? Or does the minimum game thing effect thus as well? Maybe Bridges? Dude was amazing thus year but it didn't lead to success.

Embiid didn’t meet the new 65 game requirement, think that eliminated a lot of the usual players that you might argue are higher.

I’m still unsure how I feel about the rule. Like I get making the regular season more entertaining but felt like there were a lot of injuries affecting players this post season.

I know it probably won’t happen because both the players and owners won’t wanna deal with the lower revenue but the season should really just go down to ~58 games so that they mean more. Just play everyone twice and maybe throw in a slightly different in-season tournament if they want to make up some of the lost revenue.

Even if the min game thing didn't apply, I don't think I could see embiid on this list. He played less than half the season.

Yeah, the 65-game minimum applies to All NBA too - most whole-season distinctions. Embiid played 39 games
